your French, and a DVD and Video Recorder and there is a telephone which receives incoming calls and you can buy phone cards

locally to make outgoing calls.
The beautiful fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including Fridge,

Freezer, Oven, Hobs, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Vaccum Cleaner, Iron, Kettle, Toaster and Mixer/Blender and all

crockery, pans, utensils, cutlery etc, etc.
There is also a solid wood dining table and chairs.
The floors are all

tiled downstairs and solid wood upstairs, except the shower room which is tiled.
The house is centrally heated for the

cooler months.
The fenced gardens are grassed and leads to the terrace around the delightful pool with a low wall round

two sides and roman steps leading into the pool.

At the side of the house is a covered barbecue area offering shade

and outside eating. There are also sunloungers.
There is a gravel drive and parking area inside the gated property and a
